Tony has over 20 years experience in the service management industry and is a certified ITIL Expert and ISO / IEC 20000 consultant. He was also one of the first people in the world to become a certified BS15000 consultant.

As an experienced Manager, Consultant and Trainer, Tony has an all-round knowledge of Service Management and in-depth experience of working with and implementing best practice solutions. His experience was acknowledged by the Cabinet Office and the IT Service Management Forum (itSMF) by inviting Tony to be a member of the international quality assurance team for the review of all 5 of the Service Lifecycle Books (2011).
